Cold Storage Facilities
Our facilities enable us to press in excess of 20 tonnes per day. The minimum weight we are able to process is 1 tonne.
Our 12 head filler can be configured to fill 25cl, 33cl, 75cl and 1 litre bottles. We can offer this service for jobs of 600 litres upwards.
We are also able to offer a 5, 10 and 20 litre bag-in-box filling service.
Our labelling machine is able to dress all of the above bottle sizes with 1 or 2 labels, BBE dates and shrink capsules. There is then the option of having the end product shrink wrapped and palletised.
Our state of the art controlled atmosphere cold store is available to local growers for the storage of organic or conventional fruit. The 1380m² store consists of 12 individually controlled atmosphere stores, enabling us to store around 1800 tonne of fruit at one time.
